Artist Wafaa Bilal is getting tattooed during a 24 hour performance on March 8, 2010. The fundraiser is to provide money to American and Iraqi children who have lost their parents in the war. 4000 red dots represent US soldiers who lost their lives, and more than 100,000 'invisible' civilians who lost their lives represented by ultraviolet ink. It will be a full-back tattoo.
